We focus on building a solid foundation which is technique-based focused, then moving into speed work, for more effective and efficient swimming.

For more advanced students - we tailor a training program based on your needs to get you competition ready - working on stroke, speed, strength, and stamina for all rounded swimming.

PRE/POST NATAL

Pregnancy is not an easy journey, Swimming helps in reducing pressure on joints, back aches, water retention and swelling. Regular swimming helps to keep weight within a healthy range.
